We do not recommend using shampoos that contain sulfate, paraben, silicone and oil because the capsules can loosen and lose their strength and this could cause some of the hair to fall out. Likewise, if oil or silicone-based products are used, oil may enter the mini-capsule itself and the strand may simply slip off.
